III. The Right of Privacy ShieldsEdge computing algorithms must apply automated static black-out masks to all private properties, bedroom windows, and neighboring yards before processing frames.
IV. The Right of Public AuditEvery AI detection event, threshold change, or node configuration update must be written to an open audit log accessible by any citizen.
